Britney Spears looked totally toned and trim at the Teen Choice awards. The singer has been working hard to get back to her pre-baby shape. Britney’s tummy is the first area to gain weight and to keep her midsection flat she cuts out sodas, because fizzy drinks made you bloat.

Brit also limits her intake of salty food, such as potato chips and french fries – salt makes you retain water.

Lastly, Brit has to stop chewing her beloved gum, which causes air consumption and can lead to bloating. Even sugar-free gum is a no-no.

Bethenney Frankel, star of Real Housewives of New York, is taking her new found reality fame and running with it. Between book, baked, good, and her Skinny Girl Margarita’s she is fast becoming the break out business women of the reality series.

Bethenney debuted her new Skinny Girl Margarita at the Montauk Yacht Club this weekend and got her dance on in a sexy pink dress. Now I still don’t understand how a never been married single gal ended up on a show about housewives, but she is my favorite cast member. She just seems so angry all the time — it’s great!

The newly single Jessica Simpson has gone back to her old faithful hair dresser Ken Paves for some comfort.  The pair headed out the other day to Beso in oder to celebrate Ken’s birthday.  However, from the looks of Jessica it seems she might have had one or two too many cocktails.  I guess Romo just couldn’t date a lightweight since if you can’t drink in Texas you can’t date a Cowboy.

Call it turning lemons into sugar-free lemonade.

A pleasantly plump Kevin Federline has reportedly been offered a seven-figure deal to endorse a new weight loss product, reports RadarOnline.com.

The full-figured former Mr. Spears has been waddling around town lately and has reportedly been ordered to shed 45 pounds for an upcoming reality-TV series.

Federline, whose glory days as a fit and firm back-up dancer for Britney Spears are far behind him, is considering a deal with the company EP-2 (Extreme Physical Performance) that would bring him $2.5 million.

EP2online.com offers a variety of fat-burning tools, including ones with names like “Musclepump” and “Andritest,” which claims to be “clinically-proven to jack testerone levels faster” than other musclebuilding agents.

While Federline’s rep has yet to confirm the deal, a representative for EP2 said, “Yes, we’re trying to do a deal with him, but nothing has been confirmed yet.”

In the meantime, Federline is also trying to trim the fat the old-fashioned way: diet and exercise.

To gear up for his upcoming VH1 reality show, which is said to feature his girlfriend Victoria Prince and his two children by Spears, Sean Preston and Jayden James, Federline has adopted a strict high-protein diet.

He’s also hired trainer to the stars Chris Cormier.

Cormier said he’s restricted K-Fed’s chowing down to egg whites, salmon, chicken and steamed vegetables.

Said Cormier, “I put Kevin on a diet plan that consists of eating 6 meals a day, every three hours. It speeds up your body’s metabolism and you start burning fat fast.”

He’s apparently enjoying a last hurrah, though, as he was recently spotted in Vegas’ Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Pool with fries and soda in hand.

He spent the day lounging with his girlfriend poolside and later sipped Grey Goose cocktails at the night club, Wasted Space.
Someone should tell K-Fed that just because it’s Grey Goose, it doesn’t mean he’ll lose the beer belly.

Hold onto your Cheetoes…Britney Spears is about be let loose!

The 27-year-old’s father Jamie Spears is set to ask the court to review the terms of his conservatorship over his pop star daughter after her concert tour wraps in November, TMZ.com reported.

While Spears cannot directly ask the judge to end the conservatorship, he can request that it be reviewed.

Daddy Spears has taken on his daughter’s well-being as a full time job since February 2008, and reportedly seems to think his famous daughter is ready to stand on her own.

It is believed that if the mother of two were not currently on her “Circus” tour, the convervatorship would have ended earlier, as Spears has been improving steadily for months.

However, a number of concert vendors’ contracts specifically stated that the singer would remain under her father’s watchful eye throughout the duration of the tour.

Guess who’s ba-a-ack?!

It’s Britney Spears’ wife-beater-loving ex-husband Kevin Federline, and he’s eyeing a new reality program to show off his latest girlfriend, Victoria Prince, and (gasp) his two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, a source tells E! News.

“Victoria is a big part of the series,” says the source. “They are not engaged, but she lives with him full-time in his place in Encino.”

Lucky for Victoria, Britney seems to have given the “step-in mommy” her seal of approval. “Victoria and Britney first met before Britney’s tour at Kevin’s home,” says our source. “They had a meeting face-to-face, when Victoria was home alone with the kids. It was awkward, but Britney was nice.”

When she isn’t helping out with the kids, our source says that K-Fed’s girlfriend, a former AVP volleyball player, is taking online graduate classes in communication. “Victoria actually quit her entry-level job at Fox Sports in L.A. after meeting Kevin,” says the source. “She’s considering returning to volleyball, but isn’t sure.”

This isn’t the first time K-Fed has tried to reprise his role as a reality star since Britney & Kevin: Chaotic aired four years ago. In February 2008, he reportedly canceled a possible show after Britney’s infamous breakdown.

A rep for VH1 could not confirm that the couple is working on a show with the network, and Kevin’s rep has not returned E!’s request for comment.

Annalynne McCord took a break from Beverly Hills 90210 to celebrate her 22nd birthday with her sisters Angel and Rachel in Malibu.  The sisters enjoyed the sun and surf by playing some paddle ball an seeing who is the fastest McCord.  Luckily for Annalynne she still has some quick reflexes because she nearly lost her bikini top during the race.

The ladies celebrated the day at the Asics Beach House and enjoyed a BBQ as the celebrated the big day with Anna.

Britney Spears is supposedly dating her agent, Jason Trawick — so what is she doing spending so much alone time with record producer Dallas Austin? A source tells us Spears and Austin spent some time together “two weeks ago at Dallas’ house” in Atlanta, where, “It was just the two of them for a few nights.” Another source told us that while they were there, the power duo “discussed music, life, and work.” A rep for Austin denies the two are dating: “They are good friends and have been for a long time.”
