Jessica Alba has snapped her body back into shape after being pregnant over a year ago – and her body is in even better shape than before! Jessica doesn’t attribute her weight loss to any diet, because she doesn’t believe in diets!

“Diets are for the birds. I think you have to eat in a way that makes you feel your best. I include a lot of veggies and lean protein and fruit and grains.” she told Self Magazine.

Jessica said confidence is her secret weapon when it comes to looking and feeling good.

Jessica Alba recently talked beauty with InStyle magazine where she revealed her favorite beauty products and how motherhood has affected her.

On the biggest beauty misconception about her

I think it’s incredibly finn that people consider me sexy, because most days I look like a hot mess. And when I’m all dolled up for the red carpet with the hair and makeup, I usually just feel like a Barbie.

Jessica also added, Age has given me confidence. I’m definetly less harsh on myself now.

Wearing a pair of ballerina shoes, the “Hotel for Dogs” hottie headed over to her trailer to get ready – offering up a wave as she passed by on-set paparazzi.

Co-starring the likes of her aunt, Julia Roberts, as well as Bradley Cooper, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Ashton Kutcher and Jessica Biel, the romantic comedy is about “intertwining couples and singles in Los Angeles who break-up and make-up based on the pressures and expectations of Valentine’s Day.”

Aside from her “Valentine’s Day” role, Miss Roberts recently completed work on “Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac” and “Twelve”.

The “Good Luck Chuck” cutie and her adorable little girl looked a bit annoyed with the paparazzi presence as they made their way from the car to the terminal.

Once inside, Jess had her hands full, trying to balance her swanky Juicy Couture bag and Honor, who was beginning to fuss because of the long security line.

However like a seasoned pro, Jessica was able to calm her daughter down so as not to draw even more attention than they were already getting.

The cute couple dressed casually, both in t-shirts with Ben sporting some khakis and Jen opting for jogging pants and a ball cap.

In related news, it was just announced by MTV that the upcoming film, “Valentine’s Day,” has added yet another celebrity to the already impressive cast list – as Patrick Dempsey will play a married obstetrician who romances Jennifer Garner on the side.

The cast also includes: Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Shirley MacLaine, Bradley Cooper, Ashton Kutcher, Emma Roberts, Topher Grace and Eric Dane. It hits theatres in February 2010.

The “Hotel for Dogs” hottie looked lovely as she arrived at the Louis Vuitton store, sporting a maroon jacket overtop a white tank top with jeans and black peep-toe heels.

In related news, Emma will be joining her famous aunt Julia Roberts in the upcoming Garry Marshall-directed romantic comedy “Valentine’s Day.”

Miss Roberts is part of an unbeatable ensemble cast, including Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner, Bradley Cooper, Topher Grace, and Ashton Kutcher.

The “Fantastic Four” actress (who was sporting her new blonde hairdo) & Co. hit up Jinky’s Café for some delicious eats together, looking like the picture perfect family.

Jessica looked lovely in a lavender v-neck with jeans and sandals while Cash sported a white t-shirt with plaid shorts as he carried their little one.

The day before, the whole family hit up the Malibu beach for a seaside 4th of July filled with fun in the sun.
